Big screens are for the pros. At least that’s the message that Apple keeps getting across: want an iPad more for read comics work comfortably? Bim, this is the 12.9-inch iPad Pro for you. An iPhone where you don’t have to squint to see something? The iPhone 13 Pro Max and its 6.7-inch screen are here! And we haven’t done anything better than the 16-inch MacBook Pro.

Still, you can be an average user and still want a big screen. Apple may have understood the message: the 2022 vintage of the iPhone would have a 6.7-inch model without it being Pro. And on the Mac side too, changes could occur.

Ross Young, DSCC analyst and purveyor of rumors that are often correct, announces that Apple has a 15-inch MacBook Air in its pipeline, which would be added to a smaller model… but a little larger than the 13.3 current inches. Unfortunately, we will have to wait until next year to see these new versions of the MacBook Air. It’s hard to say if this is the same MacBook Air M2 that the manufacturer is supposed to release at the end of the year.

Young also saw in his crystal ball (which relies on screen industry confidences) a larger basic iPad too. The current €389 model comes with a 10.2-inch screen.
