macOS 12.3.1: fixes for external displays and Bluetooth

After iOS, macOS is also entitled to its small intermediate update: macOS 12.3.1 should soon appear in your Mac’s system preferences. On the menu: fixes for external displays connected to USB-C or Thunderbolt that do not turn on when connected to a 2018 Mac mini. And another patch that fixes a Bluetooth disconnection bug between a Mac, controllers and some Beats headphones.

This update fixes the following issues:

  • USB-C and Thunderbolt Display external displays did not turn on when connected to a Mac mini (2018) and used as a second display.
  • Bluetooth devices, such as gamepads, could be disconnected from your Mac after playing audio with certain Beats headphones.
